Luffy finally takes down a Yonko !!

A fun fan animation for the chapter 1000 of the one piece manga. The part where Luffy successfully makes Kaido taste dirt for the first time is SO epic!!!
I had a lot of fun animating it. It took me a couple of months to get this 30 sec animation done ( as I have a college project to finish too). I looked into a lot of action sequences specifically that of One Piece since I am trying to replicate their style. Going back and breaking down those cool episodes where fun ( Luffy using gear second for the first time is gold ). Also Wano arch is so beautifully animated. I know it is nowhere near the anime so cut me some slack please😅.
